Anybody else finds dating hard when you're constantly planning your next solo trip? I've yet to find someone who is comfortable with the idea of me travelling solo, meeting new people at hostels and potentially being around other girls for large parts of the trip. Is it best to put dating off and just to be a free spirit; focusing on short term travel romances?

Hey, I think this depends on who you are with. I am in a 5 Year relationship and this year before covid I went solo travelling for a month around europe. Many people thought this was crazy and unfair on my partner but he supports my love of travel and trusts me and if he wanted to do the same he could. Communication is key.

I think if you enjoy going on dates then you shouldn't stop just because of your passion for solo travel! The right person will accept that.
However if dating feels like a chore then I personally wouldn't bother and enjoy the free spirit life until your ready to settle down!
