I’m currently 18 and looking to begin travelling in Australia how much should I save for 3-4 months of travel?

The government says to bring at least 5000AUD or you won't be let into the country (+ enough money for a flight back or an already booked flight back). It really depends on how you are going to live, how you will go from A to B and where you want to stay. if you could answer that i can give u a better budget. For backpackers who will stay in hostels and cook most of their meals around 70AUD a day, hope this helped (:
